Cathay's Headquarters

 As HKIA started from scratch, there were a lot of opportunities for an airline there.

 Cathay decided to establish its headquarters on its home airport, for more convenience. The result is Cathay City, a state-of-the-art building.

 The architectural design of Cathay City not only reflects our corporate identity, but also our confident outlook for the future. Designed with nature in mind, using environmental friendly materials throughout the construction, the complex uses an intelligent Building Management System which controls interior lighting and temperature to ensure optimum use of energy.

 Cathay City includes our offices, an auditorium, a 4 star accomodation hotel for our overseas staff, and a leisure complex that offers bars, as well as several sports facilities.
